Cancellation policy

Purchase Options

At Shockwave Motoworks, we offer the following purchase options:

1. Full Payment (Normal Order)

• The full amount is paid at checkout.
• Orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation.
• Card payments are subject to a 3% card processing fee.

 

2. Pre-Order

• Pre-orders are available for selected models.
• Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.
• Pre-orders may require full payment or a deposit, depending on the product.
• Card payments are subject to a 3% card processing fee.

 

3. Deposit Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the order.
• The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or collection.
• Failure to complete the remaining payment within the agreed timeframe may result in order cancellation without deposit refund.
• Card payments are subject to a 3% card processing fee.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations within 24 hours of order placement are eligible for a refund, excluding card processing fees (3%) and payment gateway charges.
• Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 20% cancellation fee, in addition to all non-refundable payment gateway and card processing fees.
• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Once an order has been processed, prepared, or allocated, cancellation approval is at the sole discretion of Shockwave Motoworks.
