Deposit Orders:

  • orders require a 50% deposit of the total purchase amount at the time of order placement.
  • The deposit ensures order confirmation and will be applied to the final amount due upon delivery.
  • orders will not be processed without the deposit.

Refund Policy for Deposits:

  • Deposits are refundable if the order is canceled within 24hours of placement.
  • After 24hours, the 20% cancellation fee applies, and the deposit will not be refunded.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Once shipped, we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Orders canceled within 24hours are eligible for a full refund. A 20% cancellation fee applies to orders canceled after 48 hours.
